Regg3 gathers to face upcoming challenges

Regg3 held its third Community Gathering, an event centered on three key pillars critical to the startup’s success: Organization, Business Model, and Glossary. This internal meeting marked a milestone in strengthening the operational structure and shaping the next strategic steps ahead of the product launch in 2025.
Priorities tackled during the Gathering
  1. Organization: the team developed a detailed workflow diagram to optimize roles and processes across primary teams (Testing, Sales, Operations, R&D, IT) and transversal units (Communication, Administration, Finance). Additionally, a structured calendar of weekly and monthly meetings was introduced to maintain internal alignment and foster dialogue between groups.
  2. Business Model: the Business Model team analyzed successful revenue models, such as CDP and Trustpilot, to design tailored revenue strategies. Key ideas that emerged included:
  • Implementing a recurring revenue system, particularly for software services.
  • Targeting sustainability-focused companies, such as B Corps.
  • Exploring automated impact data collection using AI for lead generation.
3.Glossary: The team created an internal glossary defining key concepts of Regg3’s “regenerative model.” This tool proved essential in improving mutual understanding among team members, minimizing ambiguities, and avoiding potential misunderstandings.
A step toward the 2025 launch
The third Community Gathering was more than just an operational meeting -it represented a significant step toward building an innovative and scalable regenerative model. With a clear organizational structure, a robust business model, and a shared language, Regg3 is moving closer to its 2025 launch with focus, determination, and confidence.
