We organized our first gathering at our headquarters in Milan on Corso Venezia, creating a moment for reflection and collaboration on the future of sustainability and regenerative value. The main goal of the event was to explore how to transition from the current economic model of 2024, based on profit maximization and competition, to a regenerative model by 2050, founded on collaboration and maximizing regenerative value.
A collaborative approach: work groups
Participants were divided into two groups with distinct objectives:
  • Group 1: Explore whether economic actors truly want to operate in a regenerative economy and what themes can lead companies towards regeneration or sustainability.
  • Group 2: Identify the characteristics of Regg3's product that address the needs and challenges of customers.
Key Results
During the gathering, we explored how different types of companies relate to sustainability:
  • Unsustainable Companies: Focused on risk management, they are often unaware of social and environmental risks and need greater awareness and mitigation tools.
  • Sustainable-Compliant Companies: Focused on regulatory compliance, they seek tools that help them collect sustainable data along the supply chain and improve their competitiveness.
  • Sustainable and Regenerative Companies: Committed to innovation, they aim to expand their positive impact through regenerative technologies and practices.
Our model has proven capable of supporting companies not only in data management and regulatory compliance but also in identifying sustainability-related risks and investment opportunities. Through contextual analysis, we enable companies to clearly visualize risks and opportunities, helping them make more informed decisions to maximize their regenerative impact.

Creative Contribution
To make the key concepts discussed during the gathering tangible, we collaborated with Art is Not Dead, an artistic movement that merges art and music to create connections and promote new forms of collaboration.

We created artworks on recycled cardboards transformed into whiteboards, which were exhibited outside our office in a self-made urban gallery. This synergy allowed participants to connect in an innovative way with our regenerative mission, fostering a unique dialogue between art and sustainability.
